At Cocopalm Swimwear, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase. If your suit isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery provided all hygienic liners and tags remain intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring the hygienic seal is still attached to the garment.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
